Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in the South West England. You will manage procurement, cost plans and final accounts across diverse projects while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
The role requires strong knowledge of JCT contracts, negotiation ability, and Excel-based reporting. A full UK driving licence and QS degree are preferred.
