Assistant Project Manager

One of the regions leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to be based in Bristol.

The client is an independent, privately owned Consultancy with a network of offices across Exeter, Bristol, London and Birmingham. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of the region’s largest developments. Projects can range from Public to Private sector and include Residential, Commercial, Education and Health. Project values currently range from £500k to £50 million, offering a fantastic range and size of projects.

The role is an Assistant Project Manager working alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals, involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors and gain exposure to both smaller and larger projects. Project values can range from £1 million to £20 million.

• Have a construction related degree
• Have some experience working within the Construction industry as either a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Engineer or Building Surveyor
• Have good communication and client facing skills
• Have a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered
