Your role will involve sub‑contractor liaison and reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will be required to have a strong knowledge of Civils/Structures and a hands‑on approach with sub‑contractors. The successful candidate will have previous experience working on new‑build projects and a track record of delivering high‑quality work safely, meeting agreed timescales, maintaining profitability and accurately reporting all incidents/accidents and near misses.

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role (minimum)
• Strong knowledge of Construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets
• Strong relationship builder who can work as part of a site team
• Proficient using Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to plan and manage your time effectively
• Conscientious and hard‑working
