Think Recruitment are seeking an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee a 6-month refurbishment in Bristol, starting end of August. You will manage roofing works on occupied residential properties including a Grade II listed building, with a focus on flat roofing and insulation installation.
Applicants should have strong site management skills, SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS, and a proven track record in heritage roofing projects. Excellent coordination with clients and on-site teams is essential.
