Outline Recruitment is recruiting for a Bid Manager based in Bristol. The role is full-time with a salary of £50-70k, plus car allowance and benefits.
You will lead bids for commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects, coordinating input from commercial, technical and operations teams to create compelling submissions. The ideal candidate has experience in bid management within construction, with a track record in securing new work from private and public clients and managing multi-stage tenders.
