Working with an impressive portfolio of public and private sector clients, you'll be involved in delivering a diverse range of projects across commercial, education, residential, healthcare and retail sectors.

This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative and supportive team, providing expert cost management services from project inception through to completion while developing your professional expertise and client relationships.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, providing commercial advice and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets and detailed cost plans
• Supporting procurement and tendering processes
• Producing tender and contract documentation
• Undertaking valuations and cost reporting
• Managing variations and change control procedures
• Assisting with contract administration duties
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts
• Liaising with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
