Around 21st September £20.00 per hour (Umbrella) ? Approx. 83-85 Weeks' Work Weekly Pay ? No CIS We are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator for a small residential construction site in Fareham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work on a project expected to run for approximately 83-85 weeks, offering stability and consistent work with a well-established contractor. Due to the size of the development, we're looking for someone who is happy to be part of the wider site team and assist with site operations when the telehandler is not in use.

Duties will include:
Operating the telehandler safely and efficiently on site Loading, unloading and distributing materials to trades Assisting with deliveries and maintaining material flow across the project Carrying out daily machine checks and adhering to site safety standards Managing the site gate and coordinating deliveries when required Assisting with welfare upkeep and helping to maintain a clean and tidy site environment Supporting trades and site management with general site duties during quieter periods Working safely within a smaller site with confined working areas Requirements: ?

Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket ? Previous construction site experience ? Comfortable working on a smaller, busy site ? Happy to assist with site duties outside of the machine when required ? Full PPE ? Reliable, hardworking and team-focused attitude What's on Offer? ? £20.00 per hour Umbrella ? Approximately 83-85 weeks' work ? Weekly pay ? Long-term job security on a single project ?

Opportunity to become a key part of a small site team ? Additional labour support will be brought onto site as the project progresses. ? No CIS This role would suit an operator who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of their work area and supporting the wider site team where needed, rather than simply sitting in the cab all day.
