Building Surveyor

Our client, a well-established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol. This is a project-focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects. Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services.

Salary & Benefits:

The successful Building Surveyor will primarily focus on project work, supporting the delivery of Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services. The role also offers the opportunity to develop experience across a wider range of professional surveying instructions, providing a strong platform for long-term career progression. The business has a strong focus on professional development, with several members of the team recently achieving MRICS status.

The role will include:
Delivering Employer's Agent services across a range of projects Providing Contract Administration services Working closely with the management team throughout project delivery Supporting projects from inception through to completion Carrying out building surveys Undertaking dilapidations and related professional surveying services Developing technical and professional surveying experience Supporting APC progression where applicable Building Surveyor

Job Requirements:
