Ready to gainreal-world project management experience? From your firstday, you'll become part of aproject team, supporting

Project and Programme Managers to deliver successful projects forour clients. You'lldevelopan understanding ofhow projects are planned, managed anddelivered, while working alongside a rangeofconstructionprofessionals.

Project managers overseethe construction processfromplanning throughto completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget andto the highest quality standards.

You'll gain exposure to areas including:

• Project planning
  – helping to establish project objectives, programmes and milestones
• Team coordination
  – working alongside architects, engineers,contractors and clients
• Cost and budget management
  – supporting project controls and monitoring progress
• Programme management
  – helping keep projectson schedule and identifying potential risks
• Quality and compliance
  – understanding construction standards, governance and regulations
• Client communication
  – assisting with meetings, reports andprojectupdates

• Supporting Project andProgramme
  
  Managers with the successful delivery of projects
• Assisting with project administration and maintaining project documentation
• Preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes
• Supporting contract administration activities where appropriate
• Helping monitor project progress, risksand key deliverables
• Assisting with financial and quantitative recordkeeping and checking project information
• Contributing to client meetings and project reviews
• Supporting business development activities and bid preparation where opportunities arise
