A well-established house builder is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Bristol team. You'll manage the commercial side of residential schemes from pre-construction to final account, working closely with site, design and procurement teams.

• A steady pipeline of affordable and mixed-tenure schemes across the South West
• Real ownership of the commercial side of your projects
• Room to progress as long-running programmes create openings
• Based in Bristol, without long stints away from home

• Manage budgets, cost plans and forecasts from start to final account
• Tender, procure and negotiate subcontract packages
• Prepare valuations, variations and payment certificates
• Close out subcontractor final accounts
• Work with site managers to support delivery

• QS experience in house building or residential
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts
• Confident negotiation and communication skills
• Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in QS or a related field, or equivalent experience
• MRICS or working towards it is a plus
• Full UK driving licence
