Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Bristol | £65,000 + Benefits

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading social housing specialist on a newly secured £16m retrofit refurbishment contract.
The project covers 4 high-rise buildings, including cladding renewals, mass-climber scaffolding and associated refurbishment works.
The role:- Lead commercial management of the £16m contract.
- Manage costs, budgets, cash flow and financial reporting.
- Ensure full contractual entitlement and maximise commercial performance.
- Manage subcontractor orders, variations, disputes and commercial risk.
- Provide contractual and commercial advice to the project team.
- Work closely with the client, supply chain and internal stakeholders.
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS.
- Social housing refurbishment experience.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience with management accounts and financial reporting.
- NEC4 knowledge desirable.
- Retrofit experience advantageous.
- Relevant industry qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- £65,000 salary
- Up to 10% bonus
