Within the South West region of the UK, our Infrastructure team has established strong positions across the Transport and Utilities sectors. With significant growth in recent years, we are continuing to expand our presence and are looking to connect with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, particularly those based in Bristol, Cardiff and the wider South West area.

We offer the opportunity to work on high profile projects and programmes across the region, alongside wider UK opportunities, supporting clients operating under New Engineering Contract (NEC), Professional Service Contracts (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). We are seeking Project Managers who enjoy collaborating to solve complex challenges and continue to develop their technical skills and experience.

• Managing and administrating NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts;
• Managing, leading and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others;
• Being responsible for high quality delivery on a client assignment;
• Building long term trusted advisor relationships with our clients;
• Actively developing solutions and supporting tools and methods;
• Liaising with service line teams, account teams and functional specialists;
• Communicating effective and focusing on efficient, collaborative and quality delivery.

• Experience in managing medium to large sized teams as part of a blended effort working alongside other organisations;
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations;
