Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: up to £50,000 DOEThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading German design-and-build contractor specialising in complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. As a German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are effectively planned, procured and coordinated before reaching the construction phase, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

As the German speaking Pre-Construction Manager, you will:
Coordinate pre-construction activities to support successful project delivery
Manage supplier and subcontractor engagement, procurement and contractual documentation
Plan logistics and transportation requirements in line with project schedules
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the pre-construction process
Liaise with project teams to ensure effective planning, quality and resource coordination
Support commercial activities including variations, quotations and project administration

Who we're looking for:
Fluent German and English language skills
Degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related construction discipline
Previous experience within a pre-construction, design coordination, procurement or project delivery environment
Knowledge of steel construction, structural systems or manufacturing processes CAD knowledge would be advantageous
