Tristone Nash is seeking a proactive housing stock survey professional to join a council-backed team. You will carry out stock condition surveys across council housing, gathering data on components, condition, compliance and investment needs.
You will work with tenants, contractors and internal teams, identify hazards, perform HHSRS assessments, raise works orders, and help improve asset management and service delivery while maintaining high health and safety standards.
