Linear Recruitment is seeking a Site Agent to lead day-to-day site delivery on water and wastewater projects across Oxfordshire. You will coordinate directly employed operatives, plant and materials, ensure safety and quality, and work with design and safety teams to resolve issues and drive programme performance.
Experience in self-delivery projects is highly valued, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites. CSCS and SMSTS are preferred qualifications.
