Graphic Designer £38,000 - £45,000 per annum Remote (Bristol HQ) My client is a rapidly growing business who provide SaaS software solutions to organisations across the UK. An opportunity exists to join this Bristol-based business as a mid-weight Graphic Designer. As their first in-house design hire, you will define the standards, templates, and brand system they scale from. This role is a hybrid of brand systems and motion production, focusing on strengthening their visual identity through static and motion creative across all channels.

You will be measured on impact - the core objective is to level up the brand, support campaigns with high-quality assets, and deliver product explainers that improve customer retention and engagement. Youll bring current best practice and emerging trends in design, motion and channel formats, turning them into measurable wins.

The Role Brand System:
Transform outdated PDF guidelines into a living Figma brand system (foundations, components, tokens, and motion rules) and a downloadable brand kit.
