We do this while also championing the well‑being of our people through friendly working hours, robust benefits, and genuine opportunities for professional growth.

The Role

Bringing motion to life through creative thinking, application and design. With great layout, lighting, composition, movement and pace.

Whether the output is a narrative film or a brand reveal you should always start with strategy. There should be an underlying portrayal of a brands’ authentic story in your work. You are a lover of motion and moving image design — have great creative ideas, amazing design and composition skills; and smart, clear, rational thinking and processes.

What’s expected from you:

  • Confident in taking ownership of, and delegating, motion work‑streams and driving day‑to‑day progress in collaboration with creative leads, project leads and clients.
  • Ability to facilitate and present internally and through creative client meetings, with input from the senior team.
  • You are proactive to originate and push conceptual directions that are un‑chartered to surprise and delight ourselves and our clients.
  • You will be great at organising your workload and collaborating with others to enable us to deliver creative solutions on time and on budget.
  • Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Excite and inspire people around you – both colleagues and clients – and earn their respect and confidence.

Great visual and verbal communication, art direction, strong storyboarding and visualization skills

Start to demonstrate an understanding of the strategic dimension of our work, get under the skin of clients’ issues and source relevant solutions

A great listener, keen to understand and meet the needs of the client and the brief
