Overview

Lead AV Creative Residential Designer - This role seeks a true creative in the world of high end residential systems. You will manage the full design process from cradle to grave and be the first point of contact with HNWI, excelling in client liaison. Bring a creative flare to system designs, client presentations and the use of AV technology to create a masterpiece of AV integration.

Your understanding of project costs and timescales will come from a minimum of 7 years of high end residential AV integration. Candidates who have worked for an AV systems integration company or for themselves will be considered. You will keep an eye on emerging technologies and how best to integrate these into bespoke AV projects. There should be a real passion for AV technology and keeping clients fully updated on progress.

• Manage the full design process for high-end residential AV projects (from cradle to grave).
• Serve as the first point of contact with high-net-worth clients and lead client liaison.
• Develop and present system designs and AV concepts to clients.
• Apply creative approaches to system designs and presentations using AV technology.
• Monitor project costs and timelines, ensuring delivery within scope.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into bespoke projects.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients on project progress.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in high-end residential AV integration.
• Experience with AV systems integration companies or self-employment considered.
• Strong client liaison, presentation and consultancy skills.
• Creative design flair and proficient in presenting concepts.
• Understanding of project costs, timescales, and budgeting.
