Creative Designer
Hybrid – Tuesday/Weds/Thursday in London
This organisation is entering a major growth phase expanding into new audiences, larger stages, more partnerships, and a wider ecosystem of brand extensions beyond its flagship events. To support this evolution, we’re seeking a Creative Designer to own and elevate every aspect of visual identity, digital experience, and design output.
In this role, you’ll shape how the brand shows up across events, web, social, and partner touchpoints, while establishing the creative foundations for new concepts launching in the years ahead. You’ll set the creative vision, manage the design pipeline, and ensure the brand maintains a world‑class, consistent, and commercially effective presence.
Key Responsibilities Brand Direction & Identity- Own and evolve the core brand identity.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures cross‑channel consistency.
- Lead creative development for new brand concepts as the organisation expands.
- Oversee design direction for the website (built on Webflow) and all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate on user journeys across founders, corporates, partners, and event attendees.
- Ensure the digital presence feels premium, clear, and conversion‑driven.
- Develop the visual look and feel for major events in multiple cities.
- Lead design for stage assets, signage, environmental graphics, and presentation templates.
- Keep all communication and marketing materials aligned and on‑brand.
- Lead creative for sponsorship decks, partner materials, wrap reports, and brand storytelling.
- Support the commercial team with high‑impact design that drives revenue and partner retention.
- Manage and mentor the Junior Creative (and future design hires).
- Establish efficient creative processes, templates, and systems to scale output.
- Maintain quality control across all channels while meeting fast‑paced deadlines.
- Work closely with leadership to translate strategic goals into creative direction.
- Bring fresh ideas, new concepts, and innovative thinking to push the brand forward.

- Website Platform: Webflow
- Design Tools: Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong background in brand design, digital design, or creative direction.
- A portfolio showcasing high‑quality visual identity, digital work, and multi‑format assets.
- Experience in fast‑moving environments (events, media, or high‑growth startups is a plus).
- Strong brand and visual design sensibility.
- Confident across web design, UX, and UI principles.
- Ability to build design systems and scalable creative processes.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Canva, and Adobe tools is highly beneficial.
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build something with long‑term impact.
