Join Us at the Start of Something Exciting!
Work Room is a brand-new, consciously designed and ethically focused space in the heart of Gloucester Road, Bristol - a vibrant venue combining a stylish hot-desking hub and dynamic events space, an independent café from much-loved local brand, FED, and a high street showroom by Little Green Rooms.
We’re building more than just a venue; we’re creating a welcoming, intentional place for individuals and businesses to connect, host events, and work away from the office in a calm, inspiring environment - think beautiful lighting, cosy sounds, bespoke furniture and living walls that breathe life into the space.
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Work Room Host and Events Coordinator to help bring our space and ambitious growth plan to life!
About the roleAs the first face people see when they walk through our doors, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming and well-run environment for hot-deskers, event attendees and showroom visitors alike.
You'll report directly to the Premises and Events Manager and will be a vital part of our people-first team that’s launching and growing this exciting new venture.
We understand that candidates have varying experiences, and it is unlikely that all aspects of the role description will be an exact match. Please don’t be deterred if that is the case – we’d love to hear from you if you are passionate about our company and have relevant experience.
BenefitsAt Work Room, we’re more than just a workspace - we’re a thriving community where high-end hot-desking meets creativity, collaboration, and connection. Nestled in a beautifully designed building that blends premium desk space with delicious food, and showcases the stylish showroom of Little Green Rooms, we offer a unique environment for professionals and creatives alike.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fresh and ambitious venture from day one. You’ll be part of a small, creative team shaping something truly special in one of Bristol’s most beloved neighbourhoods. We value initiative, collaboration and authenticity – and we’re excited to grow with the right people on board.
