Job summaryYou are calm under pressure, understand customer deadlines, and can work on multiple projects simultaneously. You have a background in a creative role across disciplines—including live experiences, digital, experiential events, and production. You are commercially aware, recognising the budget impact of design concepts, and will spend much of your time sharing ideas with customers in our Bristol office.
Key responsibilities- Continually develop the SLX brand to remain relevant and stay up to date with industry advancements.
- Design and create copy for sales material, tenders, proposals, and decks.
- Produce event‑specific collateral for tenders.
- Design e‑books, case studies, and PDFs for the company.
- Write copy for all internal communications.
- Scope and plan videography and photography for company use.
- Create newsletters for internal and external audiences.
- Produce content for colleague screens.
- Build a monthly content plan for social media, website, and press.
- Act as the main marketing contact for SLX.
- Translate ideas and concepts into rough copy, mood boards, and final designs.
- Produce artwork for third‑party print suppliers.
- Create in‑event content and show material.
- Develop and maintain a photo library.
- Support materials for marketing campaigns and adverts.
- Design graphics for our web and social media presence.
- Stay current with the latest design trends and sector‑specific information.
- Upload content to the SLX website.
- Good working knowledge of 2D and 3D design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in active media, advertising, and web design.
- Experience creating proposals and tenders is advantageous.
- Commercially aware.
- Excellent multi‑tasking ability and attention to detail.
