Senior Film & Motion Engineer

Senior Film & Motion Engineer Bristol (Hybrid) - other locations may also be considered Up to £55k DOE  Benefits We're recruiting for a Creative Lead to shape the creative vision, strategic direction and growth of our client's Film & Motion capability across global projects and client accounts. You'll combine creative leadership with commercial awareness, championing innovation, and emerging technologies to deliver compelling work that creates value for clients and the wider business.

Working with senior leaders, clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships and establish scalable ways of working that support quality, efficiency and growth. About you A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, motion, branding and visual innovation. Expert knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D. Experience using AI and emerging technologies within creative workflows.

Strong understanding of film production, narrative development and immersive content. Experience leading Film & Motion teams would be desirable. Ability to step into a leadership role is essential. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial understanding of scoping, pricing, resource management and profitability. Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial and operational priorities. Experience contributing to business development and winning new work.

A collaborative, forward-thinking approach with a passion for innovation. Key responsibilities Define the creative vision, standards and strategic direction for Film & Motion. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing creative team. Drive creative quality, innovation and continuous improvement. Champion AI, emerging technologies and new approaches to creative production. Support business development, pitches, proposals and client growth. Manage project scoping, pricing, resource planning and profitability.

Build trusted relationships with senior clients and stakeholders. Collaborate across design, digital, production and project teams. Lead creative reviews, presentations and key client engagements. Provide creative direction on film shoots and production activity as required. Establish effective global ways of working and consistent delivery standards.
