Senior Film & Motion Engineer

Up to £55k DOE + Benefits
We're recruiting for a Creative Lead to shape the creative vision, strategic direction and growth of our client's Film & Motion capability across global projects and client accounts.
You'll combine creative leadership with commercial awareness, championing innovation, and emerging technologies to deliver compelling work that creates value for clients and the wider business. Working with senior leaders, clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships and establish scalable ways of working that support quality, efficiency and growth.
About you
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, motion, branding and visual innovation.
- Expert knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D.
- Experience using AI and emerging technologies within creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of film production, narrative development and immersive content.
- Experience leading Film & Motion teams would be desirable. Ability to step into a leadership role is essential.
