Graphic Design & Print Team Leader £40,000 - £45,000  Holiday  Pension  Company Benefits Bristol (Commutable from: Bath, Keynsham, Yate, Filton, Thornbury, Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Chippenham) Are you a Vehicle Graphics Designer, Graphic Designer or Print Production Lead looking to take full ownership of the design-to-print process, working on major fleet branding programmes where your artwork needs to be right first time and ready for production?

On offer is a permanent role with a well-established specialist engineering/manufacturing business, where you will lead the LCV design and large-format print workflow, taking briefs through concept, revisions, approvals and production-ready print/cut files. You will be responsible for vehicle templates, scaling and accurate artwork positioning across wheelbases and roof heights, ensuring graphics are practical to fit around body lines, panel gaps, sliding doors and recesses.

You will also coordinate print, cut, lamination and materials readiness to match the vehicle build plan, while controlling reprints, waste and quality standards. This is a role for someone technically strong in Adobe Illustrator and vehicle graphics, who wants ownership, responsibility and the satisfaction of delivering consistently high standards on high-volume fleet work.

The Role:

End-to-end ownership of LCV vehicle graphics design and print from brief to production Create and control templates, scaling, approvals, version control and print/cut files Lead large-format printing, cutting and laminating to match build and delivery plans Support quotation inputs by scoping materials, coverage and production requirements Maintain right-first-time standards, minimising rework, reprints and waste

The Person :
Proven experience designing vehicle graphics/liveries for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills (Adobe Creative Suite) and production-ready artwork capability Hands-on large-format print production experience (print/cut/laminate) and vinyl materials knowledge Reference Number: BBBH
