Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Manager located in the Greater Bristol Area, United Kingdom. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, actively handle customer inquiries, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage the customer support team. Responsibilities include developing strategies to enhance service delivery, analysing customer data to identify improvement opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients through effective communication and responsive problem‑solving.

The role demands collaboration with internal teams to ensure all projects and orders meet customer expectations and timelines.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proven experience in a customer service or management role
  • Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to enhancing client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with printing or manufacturing industries is advantageous
