Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their Vehicle Remarketing function in Bristol.
This role plays a critical part in supporting dealer relationships and enabling the performance of proactive outbound sales teams. Acting as the first point of contact for dealer administrative and support queries, you will ensure efficient resolution, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a consistent, positive dealer experience.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound dealer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
- Deliver high-quality first-contact resolution, minimising escalations and referrals
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealers
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services in line with business objectives
- Support dealer engagement initiatives and sales activity where appropriate
- Provide administrative support to the wider Customer Development function
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates
- Ensure processes are managed efficiently and within agreed service levels
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and service delivery
- Achieve agreed KPIs including productivity, quality, telephony metrics, and customer experience standards
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions
- Experience in customer service, inbound support, or administrative operations
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to manage multiple queries and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using CRM or telephony systems - Strong problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience using Salesforce or Genesys Cloud
- Exposure to vehicle sales, automotive, or remarketing environments
- Confident and professional communicator
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Calm under pressure with a focus on first-point resolution
- Motivated by delivering positive customer outcomes
