Community Specialist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Location: Bristol (1 day per week in the office)

We’re looking for a skilled Community Support / Member Coordinator to join a non‑profit purpose‑driven creative arts organisation, focused on delivering an outstanding member experience at every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for a community / membership professional who understands the full member journey, from onboarding through to retention, and is passionate about improving service, engagement and long‑term value. You’ll take a data‑informed approach to enhancing the member experience, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and personalised.

• Optimise the end-to-end member journey, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention and engagement
• Support member onboarding, renewals and win‑back activity
• Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted campaigns
• Analyse membership data and trends to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance member communications and touchpoints
• Act as a key contact for member queries, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution

• Proven experience in a membership engagement‑focused role
• Strong understanding of member lifecycle management and retention strategies
• Confident using CRM systems and interpreting data to drive improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented
• Desirable: interest in the creative arts space.
