Brislington, Bristol Salary: £29,000 £ 30,000 Basic | OTE £34,000 Job Type: Permanent This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a fast-paced aftersales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the main point of contact for customers while their vehicle is on site Managing service walk-in enquiries and bookings Liaising with workshop and parts departments to provide accurate updates and pricing Booking vehicles in and carrying out vehicle handovers Upselling additional work where appropriate and documenting findings Ensuring all duties are completed in line with manufacturer and company standards Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership environment Knowledge of Kerridge, RTC, or eDynamix systems would be advantageous Strong administration and communication skills Ability to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment Organised with excellent attention to detail Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service
