You’ll be joining a people and technology‑driven business, handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Whether helping customers plan for retirement, access investments, update personal information, or support families during bereavements, you’ll ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter.
Salary: £26,228
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Location: Bristol Lake view, Bristol, BS34 8SW
