Full Time - Monday - Friday between 08:30am-6:00pm

What you'll be doing:

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be at the heart of delivering a professional, compassionate, and solutions-driven service over the phone. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your ability to communicate clearly and confidently will make a real impact.

Handling inbound and outbound calls with clarity and care
Resolving complex complaints with empathy and professionalism
Collaborating with internal teams to find the best outcomes for customers
Maintaining accurate customer records and audit trails
Providing administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery
