Service Advisor - Nissan​/Mazda Cribbs Causeway

£27,000 basic salary (OTE up to £34,000)

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and repairs. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering clear communication and excellent service throughout.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service
• Book vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repair work
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently
• Explain required repairs and costs in a clear, customer-friendly way
• Manage job cards, invoicing, and general administrative duties
• Keep accurate customer and vehicle records
• Recommend additional services and products where appropriate
• Maintain strong organisation and attention to detail at all times

• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role (Service Advisor experience desirable)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesi>
• Confident using IT systems
• A proactive, customer-first attitude
• High attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays on a rota

• £27,000 basic salary with realistic OTE up to £34,000
• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
