Manpower are recruiting for our client for a Customer Service Adviser. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service.

The Role:

Making outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.
Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally.
Promoting the benefits and services available to members.
Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
Working towards individual and team targets.
Liaising with internal departments to resolve account queries.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Functional Skills in English and Maths as a minimum.
