Coordinator - Aftercare

Overview

Salary: £25,936.00 - £30,000.00 per year. This opportunity is based from our Bristol offices with a flexible mix of home and office working to support work-life balance.

• Report to the Aftercare Team Leader and contribute to a high-quality aftercare service from property handover through to the end of the defects period.
• Handle and provide guidance to customers with defects-related queries; ensure all aspects of the aftercare process are carried out professionally and efficiently while delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to share information accurately and seek resolution of defect matters.
• Manage expectations of customers from the point of occupation through to the end of defects inspection.
• Act as the first point of contact for all aftercare queries and defects-related complaints.
• Coordinate the recharge process in conjunction with Property Services.
• Provide effective support to development teams as required.

• Solid experience in administration within a busy customer-focused role, ideally within a housing association or housing developer.
• Experience using several different computer systems.
• Strong customer service focus and confident telephone manner.
• The ability to think quickly and clearly under pressure.
• Empathy and a passion for helping people.
