Venn Group supports an NHS organisation in recruiting a Complaints Officer to join the Patient Experience Team. You will manage a varied caseload from receipt to resolution, acting as the main contact for complainants with empathy and professionalism.
This role is across Kent with two days onsite weekly. We are seeking an experienced administrator or complaints professional passionate about customer service and improving patient outcomes, with NHS procedures knowledge and strong communication
