Manpower UK is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join their client’s team in Bristol on a temporary contract, offering up to £19.35 per hour.
The Role- Make outbound calls to existing members to support renewals and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.
- Promote the benefits and services available to members.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve account queries.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
- Functional Skills in English and Maths at minimum.
