Choco is seeking a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of ~70 SMB and mid-market distributor accounts that have completed implementation. You will focus on retention, renewals and expansion, ensuring customers continue to realise value from Choco after go-live.
This is primarily an in-office role (4-5 days/week) based in London, where you will build trusted relationships, drive adoption of our solutions, and own outcomes across renewals and growth.
