Job Description Summary Curve, recently acquired by Lloyds Banking Group, is combining fintech innovation with the scale and strength of one of the UK's leading financial services organisations. Job Description

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT SALARY: £22,200 - 27,530 pa

LOCATION:

Bristol

HOURS:

Full time – 35 hours per week WORKING PATTERN:
Hybrid Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our site in Bristol. This role also includes a minimum of one scheduled on-call shift each week, during which you'll support customers who contact us by phone. We're expecting a high level of interest and may withdraw the vacancy before the advertised closing date if sufficient applications are received.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Responding to customer enquiries through email, live chat, social media and telephone channels.
  • Investigating customer issues and working with specialist teams to find solutions.
  • Supporting customers with product and account queries across the full Curve ecosystem.
  • Identifying ways of improving the overall customer experience, and sharing customer feedback to relevant teams to help improve products, services and processes.
  • Keeping up to date with new product features, policies and operational changes.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues when needed.
