Customer Care Administrator

As the first point of contact for customers you will need to utilise an excellent phone manner and communication skills to present a professional image. Assisting customers with enquiries via email and phone, you will need to be pro-active and organised to own enquiries to a resolution. Processing orders from various sources on our in-house systems, and general administration duties within the office, the role will provide a fast paced and varied workload.

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic people, who enjoy working in a team as well as independently and have a passion for customer service. You will be given all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Representative, including continual development and coaching to accelerate your professional growth. Key skills/experience we are looking for include:
Good business administration skills and experience with software platforms, such as Outlook & Excel. Must have the ability to work well with a small team. Must be able to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines.
