Customer Service Co-ordinator

Customer Service Coordinator role is to be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsible for understanding and responding to customer needs, offering relevant information about products and services, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Duties and responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Proactively follow up on matters to ensure results are returned in a timely manner.

Ensuring clear and concise communication is provided throughout when handling any customer and supplier queries. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure cohesive service delivery. To help maintain a positive team environment by displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.

To assist with the training of new members of staff. Working with the Customer Services Manager to promote and manage ongoing process improvements and efficiencies. Qualifications/Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Customer Service department.
