Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or post. Listen attentively to understand and resolve customer enquiries with care and efficiency. Provide accurate information, guidance, and support across a diverse range of services. Utilise IT systems to securely record and manage customer information. Collaborate effectively with team members and escalate complex issues as necessary. Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and uphold the organisation's values.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:
