Tildenet is a leading supplier of gardenware, horticultural, sport, and industrial textiles. We're looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our Bristol Consumer team, supporting customers of our well-known gardening brands, including Agriframes and Haxnicks.

You'll be part of a busy, supportive team, helping customers with everything from product enquiries and orders to resolving problems and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and takes pride in getting things right.

Previous customer service experience is important, but so is a positive attitude, good judgement and a willingness to learn.
