We are working with a forward‑thinking dental group to recruit a Mentor Dentist to support a new training scheme for overseas‑qualified dentists. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping international clinicians integrate into the NHS system, while maintaining flexibility in your own working week.

• Work 3 days per week (flexible days to suit your schedule)
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to up to 3 overseas‑qualified dentists
• Assess clinical performance and professionalism in line with NHS standards
• Liaise with the clinical leadership team and practice manager to ensure smooth integration
• Offer pastoral support and guidance to dentists during their NHS induction
• Attend relevant training and meetings as required

• Full GDC registration and an active NHS performer number
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in UK general dental practice
• A genuine interest in education, mentoring, and professional development
• Prior experience in teaching or supervision is desirable but not essential
