• Deliver full scope care through Direct Access, providing prevention, periodontal therapy, and restorative treatments with autonomy and clinical freedom.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
• Engage in structured induction and training, with guidance on compliance, communication, record-keeping, and clinical decision-making.
