Circa £120,000 Take Home for full time

Part Time/Full Time Performer Dentist required 3-5 days per week to work for a busy practice in Winterbourne, near Bristol

• Days and Hours Flexible
• £14 per UDA
• Up to 7000 UDAs
• Ideally an NHS Mentor (£500 monthly Mentor payment)
• Hours 8.30am - 5pm (need to be available for 10am - 7pm on a Tuesday, if required) Also open 9am - 1pm on a Saturday
• 8 Computerised surgeries
• Equipment:
  Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo & Apex Locator, iTero Scanner, OPG, CBCT, Microscope, Intra Oral scanner
• Working with Therapist to reduce workload

Full NHS Performer Number, Local Area Team confirmation, GDC certificate, UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years, Indemnity certificate, Passport, Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months), Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees), Degree certificate, CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months, IRMER, PIN number
