You’ll join us as a Practice Manager in our busy practice in Avonmouth. A full-time and permanent position.

• An opportunity to lead a 3-surgery dental practice located on the Village Walk area of Avonmouth Road
• Close to local transport routes, and with nearby parking available
• The practice offers a w@ide range of NHS and specialist private treatments, including Dentures, Teeth Whitening & Veneers, with the opportunity to grow the private revenue even further
• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

• Salary up to £35k depending on experience
• Hol@idays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank hol@idays)

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

• Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including prov@iding outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
