Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time dental nurse for a fixed-term, 10-month maternity cover starting in August 2026 (or earlier). The role involves working Tuesday to Thursday, 08:30–17:30, totaling 24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Chairside support and patient care.
- Decontamination of instruments and materials.
- Maintaining clinical records.
- Supporting the dental team.
- Providing excellent communication and a friendly approach.
- Assisting in reception duties (R4), with full training provided.
- Recognised dental nursing qualification.
- GDC registration.
- At least 1 year experience in a dental practice.
- Pay starts at £15 per hour, with the possibility of increasing hours.
- Free parking.
- Digital X‑rays and a fully computerised environment.
- Flexibility within a 24‑hour weekly schedule.
Reliable commuting to Wingham, near Canterbury, is required.
