Overview

We are seeking an
* Experienced Dental Practice Manager
* to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.

Our well-established private practice offers a fully computerised system, digital x-rays, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care and team collaboration.

The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent patient experiences, maintain the practice’s reputation, drive growth, manage finances and staffing, and support clinical and reception teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of dental experience, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of CQC standards. A dental nurse qualification and GDC registration are preferred.
