Dental care Group is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager for our Winterbourne practice. You will lead governance, recruit and manage staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within an NHS/Private mixed setting.
Responsibilities include rosters, appraisals, inductions, policy compliance, and resolving employee relations issues while maintaining the practice’s reputation and opening hours alignment. This is a 40-hour week, with pay negotiable based on experience.
