Here at Dental care Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our practice  are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.

About the Role
  • Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
  • Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
  • Management of team to include:
    Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
  • Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
  • Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
  • Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
  • Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through its opening hours
  • Ensure each practice is building its reputation in its local area as the go to dental practice.
  • You will work 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
  • Pay negotiable depending on experience
About You
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
  • Reliable.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
  • Previous dental management experience is essential
  • Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
  • A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role
