Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Dentistry

Bristol Dental School are appointing Clinical Lecturers in Restorative Dentistry, Paediatric Dentistry and Urgent Dental Care. This is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School in our brand-new clinical facility. The role holders will play a key role within the School, contributing towards teaching on our clinical programmes.

We are seeking outstanding individuals who have significant experience in general practice to help Bristol Dental School prepare our students for life in practice. As well as contributing to teaching and clinical supervision, the post holders will contribute to patient assessment and treatment on Restorative Dentistry, and Urgent Dental Care (UDC) clinics, plus there are opportunities to engage with other academic duties and development.

We are looking for well-organised, enthusiastic individuals who have a keen interest in general dental practice, in delivering high-quality integrated teaching, and in contributing to the life of the School. You will be part of a strong cohesive team of enthusiastic staff. Applicants must be fully registered with the General Dental Council and hold BDS or equivalent.

We have two fixed term maternity positions available on a Tuesday. The tables below set out the clinics that the positions will be on based. We’re currently interested in receiving applicants who are willing to work on this day.
